By accessing or using the ATHRV Media Client Portal (“Portal”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ATHRV Media. Your use of the Portal signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications made to them.

2. Description of Service

The Portal provides authorized users with access to advanced analytics, real-time insights, reporting tools, and exclusive resources. ATHRV Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

- Account Creation: To access the Portal, you must create an account using the credentials provided by ATHRV Media.

- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your username and password, confidential. You agree to notify ATHRV Media immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Account Usage: You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to the Portal.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Portal’s operation, such as by introducing viruses or malicious code.
  • Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Portal without prior written permission from ATHRV Media.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal—including text, graphics, logos, software, and data—is the exclusive property of ATHRV Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHRV Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Portal.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any other matter related to the Portal.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

8. Changes to Terms

ATHRV Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
